Overall ok experience with what I asked for vs what i received. I'd like to believe Steve did the best he could and I just have to work with what I received. It's difficult to hire from across the pond when you can't meet face to face to show what you're looking for, but he tried. Not sure if I'll use the video, but I might.

Didn't meet my expectations, but I am a very, very picky person. This may meet your needs while you source for higher quality. Pleasant communications, just not what I was looking for.

This is my second time getting a video from them, and I'm just as pleaded as the first time! There's a reason I came back: they followed my vision perfectly and made the video match the intensity of the song. There's no mistake: I will be back again!

Just a brilliant piece of work, Steve understood the brief, came up with some ideas in addition and implemented them alongside our vision. Far exceeded expectations, delivered in good time, a couple of super quick revisions, and the end product represents our brand exactly as we hoped for.
