FAQ
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the logo design in the end?
If you are not satisfied with the logo design, we always offer revisions to see if we can create the perfect brand logo for you! If these revisions do not lead to a logo design that meets the expectations, then we always offer a full refund of the order!
What do I need to start?
After ordering my gig you will see some basic questions where I will determine what are your exact needs and can provide you with logo. Not much!
Are your designs original and unique?
Yes, All our designs are 100% unique, modern and premium. We design from scratch. No clipart No template.
What are the Source and Vector files and why do I need them?
The Source and Vector files are the files used to create your logo. They can be used to resize or edit your logo in any way and are generally required when making merchandise, etc. These files are available in AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, SVG and CDR.
Which Package should I select?
My recommendation is always towards the STANDARD (most ordered) or PREMIUM package (highly recommended) as they offer more Logo options to choose from and refine. The BASIC pack is well suited for those who know beyond a shadow of a doubt what they are looking for as it includes less features.
What Information should I supply?
After placing the order you will be prompted a series of questions about the business such as industry, name, tagline, etc and design preferences such as color and examples of other logos you like. The brief is the most crucial step of the entire process as all my future work will be based on it.
Why should I choose you over other sellers?
Customer satisfaction, Fast communication and Outstanding results makes me stand out from other designers :)
