Something you and only you have that you can really make the crowd go wild with. When you drop it and people come up to you asking what that track is and can you give them a copy. That's what makes you special. Throw the fire remixes. And now you can and you don't have to spend Thousands of $$ in software and hours on hours of learning how to use it.
I use only Ableton software with my Thousands of Dollars in Sample packs to custom make you a mash up of the songs you choose and you get a say via revisions on how it sounds.

Do you do other packages like 2 for 1 or something?
NO, each track is a lot of work, typically 6+ hours to make it perfect and I refuse to turn out trash. So, it is what it is.
What if I want to put my girlfriend singing over another track can you do that?
Yes, if you provide me a .wav format of the acapella .
What if i'm not happy?
That's what the revisions are for. The more information you give me up front the happier you will be. if you just say here are 2 tracks, go at it, then you will get my version which may not match your vision.
Do you "Ghost Write"? or can I claim it as my own work?
Yes, I do a LOT of ghost writing. These are going to be titled as Artist- Track- (DJ_________ Version L.O. Mash)
if your music name is L.O. why do you use twerkenstein on here?
I DJ and produce under both names, L.O. was not available.
What if I give you a vocal (acapella) and a song, can you do that?
yes the acapella is considered 1 track the song is the second
