For the past five years, I have been working as a Personal Stylist and Style Psychologist, helping men and women build wardrobes that do more than look good, they work psychologically.My approach is based on style psychology, which sits at the intersection of personality psychology, social perception theory, nonverbal communication, and identity construction. In practice, this means I help clients understand three essential dimensions: how others perceive them, how they feel about themselves in their clothing, and how they behave in different environments. Through working with clients across industries, from creatives to executives and public figures, I repeatedly see that discomfort rarely comes from “bad clothes.” It comes from identity misalignment. Most people struggle because three layers are not harmonized: the current self, the desired self, and the social role they occupy or want to grow into. When these layers conflict, confidence becomes unstable. When they align, presence becomes natural. I help clients consciously design this alignment. We refine silhouette, proportion, color strategy, and structure not randomly, but based on psychological congruence. When identity alignment happens, posture changes, communication shifts, and decision-making becomes clearer. Style becomes a tool for identity expansion. My work combines wardrobe strategy, body-type analysis, color logic, and behavioral insight to create visual systems that increase authority, clarity, and internal confidence across environments — business, social, and public-facing roles.

As an independent counseling psychologist and wellness coach, I work with individuals seeking clarity, emotional balance, and personal growth. My approach blends the existential school of psychology focused on meaning, freedom, and self-responsibility with Eastern wisdom traditions. Alongside counseling, I also support clients in wellness coaching: developing healthy habits, finding motivation, managing stress, achieving sustainable weight loss, and learning mindful ways of living. With a deep passion for Ayurveda I guide clients toward balance, energy, and conscious choices in everyday life.
