I had a great experience, but the 10 dollar upscale for the hardcover was off scale and wouldn't upload to KDP and wasn't KDP compliant. when I canceled the order and asked to have the money credited back to my card on file, I was given a fiverr credit for future purchase. I didn't want that I wanted...
