𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼: -Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities where design can make a real impact. -Conduct UX research, user testing, and prototyping to make sure every design decision is backed by insights. -Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma that simplify workflows and improve usability. -Maintain design systems and consistent interfaces across products, making sure every screen feels purposeful. -Optimize onboarding, feature flows, and web/mobile interactions to improve engagement, retention, and revenue. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲: -Redesigned retail product, boosting trial-to-paid conversions by 25% and directly contributing to revenue growth. -Streamlined onboarding flows, reducing drop-off by 30% and helping more users reach their first “aha” moment faster. -Improved overall usability for web and mobile products, increasing user satisfaction and repeat engagement. At Infiniti Software, a growing startup, I have been part of the team from the very beginning, designing their web platform and digital experiences from scratch. I focus on understanding user needs and turning them into simple, intuitive workflows that solve real problems while supporting the company’s growth. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼: -Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and developers to identify pain points and shape solutions that work for users and the business. -Conduct UX research, testing, and prototyping, ensuring design decisions are grounded in real user insights. -Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, building the startup’s web presence and digital platform from scratch. -Establish UI patterns and design systems to keep the platform consistent, scalable, and user-friendly. -Improve onboarding flows and feature interactions, helping new users get started quickly and stay engaged. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: -Designed the core web platform, helping the startup launch with a user-friendly, functional experience. -Redesigned key features, making them easier to use and understand, which helped users engage more and complete tasks faster. -Simplified onboarding so new users could start using the platform right away, increasing early adoption and retention. -Added small, thoughtful improvements that made the platform feel intuitive and enjoyable.
