Usagi Ume

It was great working with her. She seemed very enthusastic about the project, and was willing to make adjustments when asked. The one small ding I would give her would be attention to detail: I had to ask three times for her to adjust some coloring in the artwork. In the end though, she did deliver what I asked for, and I love the finished piece!

Though I was unfortunately very distracted by MAJOR computer issues during the process, and therefore didn't keep up my end of communication very well, Usagi Ume was very understanding and kind about my slow responses. They drew a group of D&D characters together around the fire and they all came out perfect, even when I requested a last minute change to one of the characters. The size of the characters was really varied, but they did a great job of showing that and making everyone look like they belong together

Usagi has become one of my go-to artists whenever I need something, and I've never been disappointed. I appreciate her attention to detail in her work. Every step is communicated before moving on to the next major step.
