The final delivery was fine, but the journey to get there was rough. Our styles differed so it took work. Even after providing a mock-up of what I wanted, he did something else. I do like the final result.

My request included greek letters which can be difficult to use in Word Art. Usman was very patient with my revisions and adjusted without issue. I am beyond please with the result and he will be my go to for future Word Art custom orders.

I asked for professional designs for a print on demand and only got png files, not vector which is standard. I also did all the design work myself. I need a refund
