Do you need my WordPress login to fix the issue?
Yes - admin (or SFTP/hosting) access is needed to diagnose and fix the issue directly. I never touch anything outside the scope we agree on, and I recommend creating a temporary admin account you can remove after the job is done.
Will you break anything else on my site?
No. I test every fix on a staging copy first whenever one's available, and always take a backup before touching a live site. If no staging exists, I'll set one up or work carefully in a low-risk window.
What counts as "one issue"?
One root cause - for example, "checkout not completing" is one issue even if it shows up as two symptoms (stuck button + failed order). If your store has several unrelated problems (e.g. checkout AND slow product pages), that's multiple issues — message me first and I'll confirm the right package.
How fast can you fix it?
Most single issues are diagnosed within a few hours of access and fixed same-day. Complex conflicts (e.g. plugin vs. theme vs. caching layer) may take longer - I'll give you a clear timeline after the initial diagnosis, before any work starts.
What if the fix doesn't work?
I test before handing it back and confirm the exact scenario is resolved (real checkout attempt, real cart update, etc.) - not just "no more errors visible." If something related resurfaces within the agreed scope, I'll revisit it at no extra charge.
