I build websites you own instead of rent. Six years of design and frontend for clients including Allianz, Volkswagen and Sparkasse. Most of my work is migrations: WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Wix moved to a self-hosted Astro or Next.js build. The platform bill drops to hosting costs and the repository is yours. Co-founder of a premium tea brand selling into Japan, Germany and international markets. I built the Shopify storefront myself: a custom Liquid theme from scratch rather than a bought one, metafields, multilingual setup and conversion work. I also designed the full brand identity, logo, colour system, typography, packaging and brand guidelines, and ran the Japanese SEO strategy, the B2B landing page and paid acquisition. Lead designer for internal Allianz applications, delivered through Novartum Gruppe. Five of the applications I designed were certified to WCAG 2.1 AA by an external auditor, which was the condition for release into production. Work included design lead and stakeholder presentations, problem-solving workshops, prototyping in Figma, screen reader optimisation to ISO requirements, user interviews and usability testing, and extending the Allianz design system through the internal approval process. Auf Deutsch: Lead-Designer für interne Allianz-Anwendungen über die Novartum Gruppe. Fünf Anwendungen wurden extern nach WCAG 2.1 AA zertifiziert, das war die Bedingung für die Freigabe.
