Was very open about when they could get to work on yours, allowing you to hold off on making the payment until that time mentioned came, so they could get to it right away. Professional, asks often at various stages if you like the progress or wish for something to be changed, and fast.

Once again, they never fail with their work. Despite some issues on their end that were unavoidable, they were open about the fact it might cause them to be complete by the original deadline, and did not ask for a long extension. Keep it up!

I liked working on my character concept with Val Louh they were easy to work with willing to make changes and adjustments if needed. Love how the art turned out like the art style and I'm hoping to be back soon with another character concept for them to help me bring to life.
