I will manage your ecommerce customer service and support

You're still answering customers yourself because nobody else does it the way you would. Or someone else answers, and you end up rereading every reply.

I take over your customer service part time, by email or helpdesk, with chat at agreed times. Order questions, returns, refunds and the difficult cases, like people threatening a bad review. I write down how you want things done, so the replies stay yours. Every month I tell you which problems keep coming back.

Start with the trial week: 5 hours on your real messages. You see how I work and I tell you what I'd fix first. If it isn't a fit, you stop there.

You buy working hours, not all-day availability, and setup and reports count. Before I start we agree the schedule and what I can decide on my own.

I work Monday to Friday, Italian time, in English, French and Italian. If you need phone support or a sales quota, I'm not the right person.
