Architected and built a metadata lakehouse on Snowflake with Apache Iceberg, consolidating internal metadata from multiple data catalogs like Collibra and ServiceNow, boosting metadata availability for analytics and AI governance workflows. Orchestrated end-to-end metadata ingestion and analysis pipelines for AI platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock and others), capturing agentic metadata like agent lineage, tool usage, and data flows to enable continuous monitoring and risk evaluation of agentic systems. Developed and deployed secure MCP servers using FastMCP , hosted on AWS ECS with OAuth authentication (Google, Github and Azure providers), exposing structured tools that enabled LLM clients such as ChatGPT and Claude (using connectors) to safely execute ServiceNow workflows, automating enterprise AI risk management operations by querying in Natural Language.
