Lead and manage full stack software development, taking ownership of technical architecture, engineering decisions, project execution, code quality, and delivery across multiple web applications. Build business automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier to streamline lead management, CRM workflows, content operations, and repetitive business processes. Take ownership of debugging production issues, improving application performance, strengthening security, refactoring legacy code, and maintaining high engineering standards. Guide the team through complex technical challenges while ensuring projects remain scalable, maintainable, and production ready. Use modern AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, and Bolt to accelerate development and improve team productivity while maintaining clean and reliable code. Continuously improve development processes, deployment workflows, engineering practices, and delivery standards to help the team ship faster without compromising quality.
