Lange Wartezeiten ohne Rückmeldung trotz mehrmaliger Versuche, die Freeelancerin zu kontaktieren, um eine Lösung zu finden. Bei einem Thema wie Buchhaltung und Steuern darf so etwas nicht geschehen.
