I have been working in tax consultancy for many years and offer accounting, office services and VAT services for Germany and Austria. I do VAT-Compliance everyday and can help with VAT-Registration, Filing and any communication with tax authorities in Germany and Austria.
I currently work for a VAT-Compliance provider for Amazon FBA seller and do VAT-Registrations, filings ect on a daily basis. I can offer you:
- VAT Registration for Germany and Austria
- VAT filing for Germany and Austria on a monthly or quarterly basis and
- the yearly filling
- Registration for an EORI number & Registration for OSS + quarterly filing
- all packages include communicating with German/Austrian Tax authorities after applying for a VAT-Number, even in die Basic Package
- I also can help you, when you already did apply for a VAT-Number and are having some troubles

What kind of documents are required for VAT registration in Germany?
• Proof of home Address of director(s) • Photo ID of director(s) • Confirmation of bank details – bank statement or letter • Blank document on company headed paper • Certificate confirming the director(s) • Articles of Association • VAT number in home country • and many more. I provide a full list
Do I need to translate my documents? What languages are accepted?
Tax authorities accept documents in English and German. If the document is translated it has to be an official authorized translater.
How long does it take to receive the TAX Number and VAT Number?
We send all documents to the local TA that is responsible for your home country and who is issuing the Tax Number. After the Tax number is issued they will forward the application to another office who issues all VAT numbers in Germany. The whole process takes about 6-12 weeks.
What do i need to prepare to in order to sell on Amazon.de?
-You need a german VAT registration -If importing to EU and you’re re not from the EU you can apply in Germany for an EORI number -also you need to register for ERP (LUCID) in Germany I can help with all registrations mentioned above.
