As a novice submitting a piece of writing for the first time, I was extremely nervous. But Vanessa was extremely accommodating, polite, and kept me updated throughout the order. Despite it being a vulnerable piece of writing, she balanced critique and compassion in a way that exceeded my hopes. If I ever need another read, I know exactly who to contact.
