Technical Manager for a radio station "Ngjallja", responsible for the full audio chain from recording to broadcast. • Led a team of 5 technicians, set daily technical priorities and trained the team in automation-based workflows. • Recorded, cleaned, edited, mixed and mastered broadcast audio, keeping loudness and tone consistent across all shows and presenters. • Built shared project templates so every technician delivered the same sound standard, regardless of who was on shift. • Coached presenters on microphone technique and vocal clarity, reducing problems at the source rather than fixing them afterwards. • Set up remote production during COVID, keeping programmes on air when presenters could not be in the studio. • Specified and purchased studio equipment, and organised the audio archive and technical inventory.
