If I genuinely cannot resolve your problem after a thorough attempt, I offer a full refund. This is rare — I will message you before accepting an order if I think it's outside my scope.
Do I need to give you access to my systems?
For debugging gigs, yes — SSH, kubeconfig, or AWS read-only credentials. All credentials are used only for your project and deleted after delivery. I never make changes without telling you first.
How quickly can you start?
