Model-based definition (PMI), modelling and drafting of turbine shafts; casting, welding and machining of turbine inlet, exhaust and bearing casings, guide blade carriers, pedestal bearings, control valve and stop valve assemblies, turbine rotor assembly, diffusers and other steam turbine components. • Involved in the Remastering of Non-parametric 3D model into 3D parametric for sheet metal components. • Modification, standardisation and improvement of drawings currently in production and implementing Design change requests for the everyday manufacturing challenges and requirements for TEC and TEM. • Development of shop drawings, order drawings and bill of materials as per Siemens standards. • Independent formulation of optimised methodologies through constant customer interaction for creation of PMI models and welding strategy based on Customer requirement. • Formulation of best practices in modelling and PMI for easy and effortless accommodation of small design or geometry changes in assemblies and documentation of the same for knowledge sharing.
