Acquisition in VA Beach added to companies portfolio and was hired to manage the 250-unit mid-rise. Built in 2014, I've been responsible for upgrading units from carpet to LVP and paint change. Forecasting and budgeting for projects such as a clubroom renovation, pool furniture reset, new equipment in the fitness center, pressure cleaning, etc. Developing policies and procedures, following up with residents, monitoring service request completion within 24 - 48 hours, ensuring make ready turn times are within 5-7 business days, etc. I've organized processes, implemented move in/out checklists, pre move out checklists, early bird renewal offers, increased avg lease rent from $1400 - $1850, added amenity income and so much more!
