Responsible for backend development and internal technical support, working with pure Java to implement new features, maintain existing systems, and improve operational workflows. I design and develop scalable solutions, optimize database interactions, and support internal teams by resolving technical issues and enhancing system reliability. One of my key contributions was the development of an automated feature that retrieves the latest generated PDF samples per customer and application. This replaced a manual process handled by support and production teams, saving time for over 8 employees and impacting more than 90 credit unions across the United States.
