Lufthansa, when combined with its subsidiaries Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines or Germanwings, just to mention a few, is the largest airline in Europe, both in terms of passengers carried and fleet size of 656 aircrafts. Responsibilities: ● Writing test cases and executing test cases in preprod and booking environment. ● Preparing Monthly Report of Prod PNR’s and PPT's. ● Refunding the PNR’s created in preprod through Oneres. ● Performed functional testing, integration testing, system testing, security testing. ● Reported and tracked issues using TrackSpace. ________________________________________________________________________________ End Client- Myer Pty Ltd.(Australia) Project- Returns Management portal Domain- Retail Tools & Technologies used: Jira, AWS, MySQL, Microsoft teams, Postman, Slack Description: The objective of this application is to deliver a ‘Returns Orchestration Solution’ (ROS) which provides a standardized process to manage returned items purchased from Myer.com.au this solution aims to provide end to end traceability of these returned items from customer facing channels back to their suppliers.
