I am a graduate of the BSc Engineering degree from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, and I hold a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. My academic background has provided me with strong expertise in engineering design, manufacturing systems, and advanced production technologies. Currently, I am working as a Research Engineer at the National Engineering Research and Development Centre (NERDC) of Sri Lanka, where I am involved in engineering research, testing, evaluation, and product development activities. I also actively contribute to CNC-related work and advanced manufacturing operations at the Technology Incubation Centre of NERDC, supporting prototyping, machine design, and industrial innovation. I possess strong CAD/CAM skills, including 3D modeling and design using SolidWorks. In addition, I have experience in advanced simulation and analysis using CAE software such as ANSYS, enabling me to perform structural, thermal, and performance-based engineering evaluations to support research and development activities.
