FAQ
I have no artwork yet, can you still help?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a custom VTuber model designed from your references, mood board, or a written description of the character. Basic covers rigging only, so it needs a finished layered PSD from you.
My PSD is flat or badly layered, what now?
Send it before ordering and I will tell you exactly what needs splitting. PSD relayering is available as an add-on, which is usually cheaper than commissioning a redraw and keeps your original artist's style intact.
Will the model feel responsive on stream?
That is the whole point of clean parameter setup and deformation. Every rig is tested live in VTube Studio with webcam tracking before delivery, so head turns, blinks, and lip sync react without lag or snapping.
What is VBridger and do I need it?
VBridger maps your mouth shapes to ARKit blendshapes for far more natural lip sync than default tracking. It needs an iPhone or iPad with face tracking. Worth it for talkative streamers, skippable if you mostly play games.
Who owns the model, and can I stream for money with it?
You own it. Standard and Premium include commercial rights covering monetized streams, sponsorships, and content on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Kick. Basic is personal use unless you add the commercial licence.
