I created Arvello Desk to help small business owners and freelancers who need flexible, dedicated support. I work with people who need extra support in their business when having an employee on the payroll is not currently feasible. I work particularly well with those who are not entirely sure what the support they need looks like. I listen, I take notes, I collate all the bits of communication that come in at random times, and help my clients understand where things could run more smoothly. Then we decide what tasks can be delegated to me and go from there. My diverse work background enables me to understand different industries and business types quickly. I work with each client differently, determining exactly what they need and how they need it, so everyone receives the support they require.
