While the seller has the skills to complete the requested work, their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I mentioned that I was only available via email and not Zoom, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. Additionally, they suggested an extra feature in a way that implied it...

Vivek created an AddIn with a custom ribbon and installation program and all works well. He really did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend that you hire him if you need similar work. It seems apparent he has plenty of experience with this type of solution and he knows what he is doing.
