À propos de moi
Ivy League experienced Business Officer with a PhD in Business Psychology, focusing on talent management. I am currently a Senior Associate Director at Columbia University with over ten years of HR administration experience that includes reviewing, screening and interviewing candidates. I will work with you on cover letters, resumes, thank you notes and even mock interviews.
Myth buster: the average hiring manager will take more than six seconds to look over a resume. You just have six seconds to grab their attention.

I love working with Vivienne. She is professional but also easy to work with. She asks great questions to make my resume and letter of intro very personal and to the point. Thanks for the quick turnaround too. I appreciate you.
