I initially joined Kwork.ru as a freelance designer supporting the team with individual tasks, and later became the company’s only designer. I worked on new product features, interface improvements, and maintaining visual consistency across the platform. I also contributed to a larger redesign, created a new design system with reusable components and UI guidelines, and designed seasonal and promotional visuals. This role gave me strong experience working independently on a live product and balancing new ideas with existing constraints.
