I am a trained counsellor with a Master’s in Social Sciences and a Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, based in Lancashire. My personal experience of living with a chronic condition led me to counselling to navigate changes in my physical and emotional wellbeing, inspiring me to train as a counsellor and support others. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, built on trust, empathy and acceptance, where you can feel safe to explore your experiences openly and without judgement.
