I have learned a lot of from Ari regarding how to write affirmations that will really work to help you align your mindset with goals that are most important to you. I recommend her because working with her will make you feel supported.

I think she delivers great value because you get practical tools that you can use to solve issues in your life. If you are seeking a 'coach' who knows how to guide you towards alignment, she is a great choice because (again) she focuses on delivering tools that are practical and can be used daily - rather, than theoretical 'emotional processing' techniques.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with Ari's presentation. Our team was blown away by her integration with our core values and Ari's calming presentation. She was able to help us connect as a group and to give us breathing exercises to bring calm into our work place- which is not an easy task... Tout afficher
