I played competitive football up to the 3rd tier of Czech football and came through a professional youth academy — so I've lived the training, the pressure, and the demands of the game from the inside. After a serious knee injury sidelined me, I turned that setback into focus: I'm now studying sport science with an emphasis on conditioning, strength training, and recovery.
