I build the kind of website people finish scrolling. I'm José, founder of Vorluno — a seven-person studio in Panamá. We ship WebGL and scroll choreography on top of production React and Next.js, and we measure what we ship: 60 fps on real hardware, zero layout shift, Lighthouse in the nineties for accessibility and SEO. Built and shipped niiko (an operating system for studios: 158 row-level-security policies and 210 ACL rules in production, ~1,800 tests) and mvoom (motion analysis for AI agents, 50 end-to-end probes before every release).
