Travel Operations & Social Media Assistant Assisting with digital marketing activities and daily tourism operations in a travel agency while gaining practical experience in the tourism and travel industry. My role includes supporting the promotion of travel offers across different digital platforms and helping manage online travel content. I assist in creating and publishing social media posts and stories, preparing promotional visuals using Canva, and ensuring travel offers are presented clearly and attractively. I also support the process of organizing accommodation listings by preparing and uploading information for hotels, villas, and apartments, including descriptions, images, and travel details. Additionally, I assist in managing booking systems and updating travel offers within the internal system. Part of my responsibilities also includes assisting with travel reservations and coordinating travel information, as well as communicating with clients through social media platforms and messaging services such as Viber. This role allows me to develop practical skills in tourism operations, digital marketing, content creation, and client communication.
