The quality and helpfulness are good. Even after a minor mishap, they were willing to improve and correct it. Highly recommended if you need small animations. Just a quick tip: plan and discuss things with a little more time in case something goes wrong. But otherwise, it's a good recommendation

It was done in a very timely fashion. And the art itself was amazingly detailed. The artist doing your work and who you talk to are likely separate people.
