No, if you build with Odoo CE (Community Edition) then it completely free.
Do i need a big server for marketplace that you setup?
No, before to do that you will need dedicated, but nowadays VPS is more flexible for you, you can scale up as you grow
Do i need to pay for ssl license?
No, with Cloudflare or Let's SSL it 100% free for you all.
What do i need to prepare before Marketplace setup?
You need 1 domain, 1 clean VPS (recommended on the digital ocean, cheap & good service) ping me a message I will send you a link with 10$ free trial.
