• Oversee the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from placement to final delivery, ensuring all materials arrive exactly when needed. • Update ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in real-time with current order statuses, revised dates, and supplier communications. • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Engineering to align material availability with project schedules. • Negotiated priority scheduling and emergency shipping with suppliers during critical shortages. • Proactively identified supply chain risks and implemented recovery plans to prevent delays. • Preparing MTO List, MR Packages, TBE, AR, PO and PR for the projects for Engineered Materials & equipment such as: Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, DDC PANELS, Firefighting and all the Project related MTO items. • Preparing MR Packages as per the Project MTO, making TBE’S, Issuing Award Recommendation, and continuously communicating with Clients and Aramco for the Approval. • Preparing the Purchase Orders as per Aramco Dummy Code assigned for each MR Package and other consumable POs both in SAP and Manual formats. • Arranging NMR’s (601,602,603) from the suppliers and submitting for review and Approval to the Engineering Clients & Aramco. • Preparing Procurement Tracking Sheet, Monthly Logs, Delivery Forecast plan, Project PO Log. Consider the Project Budget for Cost Control, Price Negotiations, and back-charge recovery by coordinating with the Cost Control Department. • Communicating with Procurement Quality Supervisor (PQCS) for Inspection Notifications regularly and arranging Aramco Third Party Inspectors to carry out the Inspections as provided by the Vendors. • Involving the Vendors to fulfill and comply with all the Procedures, Standards amended for different levels of Inspections to assign MR materials. • Involving the Vendors to reduce their Production schedules and Inspection schedules to fulfill and achieve our Project MCC dates. • Expediating the del
