Responsibilities: Managed a large-scale Zabbix monitoring environment monitoring 4,000+ hosts and 600,000+ active items. Implemented monitoring for multi-vendor network devices using SNMP, SNMPv3, ICMP, and Zabbix Agent 2. Developed automation scripts using Bash, PHP, and PowerShell to streamline monitoring configuration and reporting. Integrated systems using the Zabbix API to automate SLA service creation and monitoring workflows. Performed monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting in high-volume environments. Key Achievements: Automated SLA service creation and reporting using Zabbix API, reducing manual configuration effort. Developed a Network Interface Status module for centralized visibility of interface health and performance. Contributed to development of MonetX, an extended monitoring platform with NCM, NTA, and IPAM capabilities.
