Architected a custom Apex REST endpoint integrating external AI chatbot payloads with Salesforce, executing server-side duplicate prevention (90-day window), auto-assignment, and alerting in a single transaction. Designed a multi-branch transaction approval system combining record-triggered Flows and native Approval Processes to dynamically route margin exceptions to managers without hardcoded notification alerts. Restructured object relationships (Master-Detail vs. Lookup with restrict constraints) and configured JWT-based Connected Apps with least-privilege permission sets.
