What do I need to prepare before sending you a message?
To get started quickly, please send me: A brief overview of what your app is supposed to do vs. what it is currently doing. The specific framework/ORM you are using. The exact error messages, console logs, or terminal outputs.
Which backend languages, databases, and ORMs do you support?
I specialize in languages like JS and typescript (bun , node, express) python(django, fastapi) java(springboot) and go (gin) and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. I am highly experienced in debugging ORMs such as Prisma, Sequelize, Mongoose and drizzle msg me for more info.
Do I need to give you access to my live production database?
No, and for security reasons, I actually recommend against it. It is best if you provide me with your error logs, the relevant backend code snippets, or access to a staging/development environment. If we absolutely need to look at live data, we can hop on a secure screen-share session.
What happens if you are unable to fix my issue?
