I'm Patrice, a Shopify developer and Shopify Partner, web developer since 2013 with 300+ projects, including production Shopify Plus work on custom apps, checkout and APIs.

FAQ
Private (custom) app or public app?
For one store, a private custom Shopify app is almost always the right choice: faster to build, no Shopify App Store review, installed only on your store. A public Shopify app makes sense if you plan to sell it to other merchants. I build both with the official Shopify app stack.
Can you replace a Shopify app I pay for every month?
Often, yes. Tell me which app you pay for and which features you really use. If the scope is reasonable, I build it once as your own custom Shopify app and you stop the monthly subscription. I tell you honestly when the paid app is still the better deal.
Does it work on Shopify Plus?
Yes. I work with Shopify Plus features too: checkout UI extensions, Shopify Functions for discounts, delivery and payment rules, and B2B logic. Some checkout extensions require a Shopify Plus plan, and I tell you before you order if your feature needs it.
Which Shopify API integrations can you build?
Admin GraphQL and Storefront API, REST endpoints, webhooks, app proxy, and integrations with ERP, CRM, email marketing, shipping and payment tools. If your tool has an API, we can usually connect it to Shopify and automate the data flow between both.
Do I own the code of my Shopify app?
Yes. The app and its source code are yours. I deliver the repository, deployment notes and a short explanation of how the Shopify app works, so another developer can maintain it later if needed. Hosting is set up on your own account. You are never locked in with me.
What access do you need to start?
Collaborator access to your Shopify store (never your password), plus access to the tool you want to connect, if any. I develop and test on a separate development store first, then install the finished custom Shopify app on your live store. Nothing goes live without your approval.
