I manage software projects from initial client request and requirements through planning, team coordination, QA/UAT, release, and ongoing support. Since 2012, I have delivered web, mobile, CRM/ERP, and Unity/VR/AR projects with distributed developers, designers, contractors, and client teams. Key projects include an enterprise CRM/ERP for a company with two offices and approximately 30 remote sites, a React Native city platform connecting around 150 organizations and reaching approximately 9,100 downloads, municipal websites, and interactive museum and industrial installations. My responsibilities include requirements clarification, scope and budget planning, backlog and milestone management, risk control, stakeholder communication, acceptance criteria, release coordination, and delivery recovery when priorities or requirements change.
