I mean, not everyone can be "exceptional" right? Exceptional would have been someone who not only had the technical know how in website development, but also a strong feel for the work that I do and how to represent it accurately without getting too generic OR over the top.

I click on everything but "language fluency". His English is not BAD, but I can't deny that sometimes there are limitations arising. It's certainly not something to make me not hire him again; I'm just saying that sometimes I wish his English fluency was better. And having said that, the "issue"... Tout afficher
