Some of the files cannot be opened, which means they cannot be used for further production work. The jersey design was created using Image Trace and is not a finished, production-ready file for printing. The colors have not been properly separated or defined, making the file unsuitable for editing and manufacturing.

No communication until day of delivery and when I ask to see what is done so far, I get ignored but when I put in to cancel, he is quick to respond.
