Knowing the works hours in his time would be helpful so we can plan the review better on our end (when there is a 10-15 hours difference). Just knowing the location doesn't clarify that as some, like Ade, worked reverse of what I thought he would based on his time zone. Thanks! He did a great product.

To be honest, it was wonderful to work with Ade. He is very maleable, understanding and works hard to meet the expectations. Thank you for your hard work. A point of improvement on my end would be if he could come up with the designs himself and surprise me. But he based himself of a design I had already made and made some adjustments.
