I got into CRM and automation work after years in sales and customer service, and that background still shapes how I build. I've also worked with multi-location businesses, setting up lead routing and reporting that rolls up to one dashboard while still keeping each location's data separate. I'd rather connect a CRM to the tools a business already uses than convince them to rip everything out and start over, so integration work ends up being a big part of most projects.
