The art didn't really meet my expectations, and I doubt revisions would solve it. They were polite and responded whenever they could, but I expected a much better quality and understanding based on their high rating. If you work with them, make sure they understand you completely and that they don't rush it.

Repeatedly restated product dimensions because they kept forgetting. Final product delivered with mostly correct dimensions, icons wrong dimensions. First time using the artist's service, and they have made a very good first impression. They did a fantastic job matching the concept art I provided for the gig, quickly and accurately creating the NPC sprite sheet that I wanted.
