For 5 months, I supported Softlution as a no-code automation specialist, tasked with digitizing and streamlining their entire internal and client-facing processes, exclusively using Make (Integromat). Automations delivered: WhatsApp lead qualification — Automated chatbot instantly responding to prospects, qualifying them based on defined criteria, and triggering appointment booking in the sales calendar. Automated client onboarding — Full sequence triggered upon signature: contract creation, CRM update (HubSpot), and personalized welcome email. CRM ↔ Google Sheets sync — Real-time bidirectional flow between HubSpot and internal tracking sheets, eliminating manual re-entry. Invoicing automation — Automatic invoice generation and delivery upon service validation, with scheduled follow-ups for late payments. Typeform → CRM lead pipeline — Automated retrieval, cleaning (regex), and injection of form responses into HubSpot with lead scoring. Automated reporting — Weekly aggregation of sales data (arrays/aggregators) with a summary report emailed automatically to leadership. Secure webhook system — Built a webhook architecture with OAuth 2.0 authentication, error handling, and rollback strategy to ensure reliable data exchanges. Notion ↔ Gmail automation — Synced tasks and deadlines between Notion and Gmail, with automatic notifications and cross-updated statuses. Result: a significant reduction in time spent on repetitive tasks, improved lead conversion, and stronger reliability across internal processes — all powered 100% by Make.
