Loretta was quick to respond, and knew exactly what I wanted done. She has been very professional and vectorized my logo in one day. Her level of cooperation was superb, and would refer her to anyone I know looking for a logo designer. I love my final result.!

Zero effort to follow the provided instructions. When asked to revise the logo, she simply said: “sorry I tried”, and requested to cancel the order. I obliged her to get my $ back.
