The final video was delivered, but the overall experience was frustrating. There were repeated attempts to sell additional services instead of completing what I understood to be the original scope of work. Communication was difficult, and I was not satisfied with the overall service.

A complete waste of money. She was incompetent, and an emotional mess. I asked questions having never done this before and got zero explanation as to what she was doing or the progress.
