Is it possible to make corrections after delivery?
We provide lifetime after-sales service. If you need any additions or adjustments, please feel free to contact us. Additionally, we offer free modification services within four weeks after delivery.
Please tell me compatible software.
We provide models in VRM, UnityPackage, PBX, and PMX formats. You can use them in 3D software such as VSeeFace, Warudo, and VRChat. We recommend informing us in advance about your intended use and the software you plan to use in the future.
What do I need to prepare before creating a 3D model?
You need to provide us with a character illustration. A PNG format is acceptable, but a high-resolution PSD file is preferred. A three-view reference is not strictly required, but if you provide one, we can achieve a higher level of accuracy in reproduction.
Can I have full-body tracking?
Full-body tracking is possible, but you will need to purchase the necessary motion capture equipment.
